prehistoricsoul LAB residencies programme is an artist-led initiative in Denpasar, Bali, offering space for uninterrupted work, research, and reflection. Emerging from the research platform prehistoricsoul.net, the residency emphasizes process over outcome, welcoming practitioners across disciplines, from visual art, performance, and sound, to writing, archaeology, and anthropology.
Residents are invited to connect with Balinese culture, collaborate with local artists and researchers, or simply focus on their practice in a supportive environment over the course of 2 to 4 weeks.
