Starting my career in theatre performance, I have since crossed over into film and video, continuously cultivating my creative work and performance practice. I currently work primarily as a performer, while also taking on roles as a dramatic consultant and director. My interests include documentary filmmaking and film photography. I am driven by a desire to explore the world and foster meaningful connections with people and subjects through my art and performance
Po Ruey at prehistoricsoul LAB
During his residency, Po Ruey created a series of photographs inspired by the environment and everyday life in Bali. His work explored the relationship between place and perception, capturing fleeting moments and details of the surroundings. The photographs are available to view in the prehistoricsoul LAB space.
